We apologize! As a result of the latest application update, some users experienced an issue that causes the app to get “stuck” on the red logo screen. To solve this issue:
Apple/iOS device users will need to delete the app from their phones and go to the app store to install the new version of the app.
Android device users can simply close the app, then relaunch, and the issue should be resolved.
As long as you used your phone number at the checkout, your coupons should still have redeemed and you will still have earned rewards even while the app was not working.
